Hi All,
I've got a medium sized customer (500 users) that is moving 100 users
to a new location. We are having a 100 Mbps Bridged ethernet
connection brought in from a Tier 1 provider and would like to
encrypt the traffic across the circuit. There doesn't seem to be a
lot of simple L2 solutions available and I came across VTUN while
searching. The tunnel needs to be up 24x7 in a full production
environment (Where we have significant SLA's ) and the customer is
pretty anxious about using anything other than an off the shelf
device. First question is this. Is VTUN suitable for this solution.
And secondly is anyone using this successfully in a SLA required
production environment?
Thanks in advance!
